UTair Boeing 737-800 Safely Landed. A Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft landed safely Sunday night at Vnukovo airport in Moscow after being detected technical problems. The aircraft operated by UTair landed at 23:30 local time. No injuries were reported and all passengers will be transferred to the airport terminal.

The flight UT247, towards the Urals city of Surgut Russia, decided to return to the airport shortly after takeoff due to technical problems. During the flight, the alarm was activated due to engine vibration, the RIA Novosti news agency quoted a source in the Russian emergency services as saying.

The aircraft circled around to the southwest of Moscow for about two hours to burn fuel and prepare for emergency landing.

The incident occurred a day after FlyDubai Flight 981 with the same number of aircraft Boeing 737-800 early Saturday crashed at the airport of Rostov-on-Don, in southwest Russia, killing all 62 aboard.
